Welcome to flex core

We start with a closed cell 2# EPS foam blank for ultra buoyancy and durability. We then wrap it with 1 layer of 6oz. S-Type fiberglass and 1 layer of 5oz. E-Type fiberglass. To seal the board we  laminate with UV resistant high grade epoxy resin to prevent yellowing and bullet proof durability.

Our EPS foam core has a 4mm PVC stringer running the entire length of the board. We then reinforce the bottom with carbon for extra strength during the laminating process. This unique combination creates a very strong flex pattern giving the board extreme pop and buckle resistance.
