 Thank you for visiting and shopping at www.rzvrwakesurf.com.  Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days once boards are finished or available from stock inventory. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in processing your order for shipment, we will contact you via email or telephone used on the original order.

Shipment method

UPS Standard Ground or USPS Priority, Estimated delivery time: 5-7 business days from pickup. Due to the costly nature of oversize packages and increased likelihood of damage to surf boards specifically, overnight delivery is not available for any order. Delivery delays can occasionally occur once in the hands of a shipper. RZVR WakeSurfDesigns is not responsible for any delays once an order is transferred to a shipper. RZVR WakeSurfDesigns does not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipment tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of UPS pick up.

Damages

RZVR WakeSurfDesigns is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials, photograph damage to packaging and products in question before filing a claim with carrier. Claims should be processed via the carriers website under their instruction.

International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the continental United States.
